About Me

My photo
Lotus Lore
I have studied with various yogis all over the planet as a military wife. I moved every 2-3 years and during that time studied several types of yoga. When my husband was transferred to another military base I often had to study a different type of yoga, because what I was taking was not offered in the new city. Sometimes I found a type of yoga so intriguing I studied more than one type of yoga at a time. My yoga is an eclectic blend of yoga from all of the different types of yoga I studied. I studied Iyengar, Viniyoga, Intergrative yoga therapy, Hatha, Phoenix rising, White lotus, and several other types of yoga. I am a Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher. I currently have a 500 hour certification. I have studied Sanskrit, and have three books on yoga. I have found a way to be healthier with yoga. I ope you can find your path and be healthier as well.
